Bluetooth headset: Deal or rip-off?I'm in Canada. Recently within my province, we can no longer talk on cell phones while driving, unless you own a hands-free set. I am wondering if my lower element is working. I own checked the continuity with the component disconnected and that checks ok. There is voltage to the lower thermostat (120 volts) going in and out.
